Your support directly funds housing, meals, and programming for 100+ incoming UC Berkeley freshmen each year.

CS Kickstart is a one-week summer program that introduces incoming UC Berkeley freshmen who identify as female to computer science. Participants learn to code, visit Silicon Valley companies, hear from women in the industry, and build a community before their first semester even begins.

The entire program is free for participants. That's only possible because of sponsors like you.

CS Kickstart has been running since 2011. Our alumni have gone on to study computer science, intern at top tech companies, and build careers across the industry. Your sponsorship makes this possible.

Ways to Partner

There are two ways to support CS Kickstart: host an event during the program, or make a monetary donation. Many sponsors do both.

Host CSK

Bring CS KickStart to your company and connect directly with participants.

Field Trip

Host 100+ students at your office for a half-day visit. Show them what it's like to work in tech, introduce them to employees, and give them a glimpse of their future.
